Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place on it. Placing an
order means you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by Vitality Logistics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company trading as
Vitality Logistics. “We” and “us” mean that company.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.
We may decline any order — including for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, stock we cannot
supply, or a delivery destination we do not serve — and if we do we refund any payment in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices are the
same for every customer; we do not operate a tiered list. We may change prices at any time, but the
price applied is the one shown when you placed the order. If a price is obviously wrong — an
order-of-magnitude typographical error — we will contact you and cancel rather than pretend
otherwise.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order. All billing is one-time and specific to that order;
we do not operate subscriptions and do not store card credentials for future use. See our

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs and transit estimates are on our shipping page.
Transit estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on
delivery.

6. Returns

Our returns, refunds and cancellations policy forms part of these terms.

7. Specifications and fitness

Published dimensions, board grades, gauges and counts are the manufacturer’s nominal
specifications and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Where an application is critical,
ask us for a sample before you commit to a quantity — we would rather send one than take back a
pallet. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your use.

8. Product use

Our products are packaging materials and shipping-room equipment for commercial and personal
packing use. They are not certified for any application requiring a specific regulatory approval
unless the product page explicitly says so, and they are not sold for use as, in, or with any
medical, pharmaceutical or food-contact application unless the product page explicitly says so.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited
to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss,
including lost profits, lost business or the cost of the goods you were packing. Nothing in these
terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, photography, catalogue structure and branding, is
owned by Vitality Logistics LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for orders placed under
your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Maricopa County,
Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when
you placed it.
