Privacy policy

We collect what an order needs and nothing else. We do not sell personal
information, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

What we collect

• Order information — name, company, billing and delivery address, email address
  and telephone number if you give one.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive and store
  only the card brand, the last four digits and the authorisation result. We never receive or store
  the full card number or the security code.
• Account information — if you create an account, your email address, a hashed
  password and your order history.
• Technical information — server logs containing IP address, browser user agent
  and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Correspondence — anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

What we do with it

We use it to take, pick, ship and invoice your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud,
and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
• We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels or cross-site trackers on this site.
• We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
• We do not build behavioural profiles.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order, and only with the minimum they need:

• Our payment processor, to authorise and capture your payment.
• Carriers, who receive the delivery name, address and telephone number.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
• Our accountants and, where legally required, government authorities.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie, a cart cookie so your basket
survives between pages, and a cookie recording that you dismissed the cookie notice. There are no
advertising or analytics cookies. Blocking cookies will break the cart.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to meet US tax and accounting
requirements. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Account records are kept until you ask us to close
the account.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or
ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email
support@vitalitylogistics.store and we will respond within 30 days.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request
deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal
information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights apply and are
exercised at the same address.

Children

This is a business supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect
information from anyone under 16.

Security

The site is served over TLS. Passwords are stored hashed. Administrative access is restricted and
logged. No system is perfect; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information we will
tell you and the relevant authorities promptly.
