Ordering

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order one bundle or twenty; the price per unit is the same either way.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account is only useful if you reorder often, because it
keeps your order history and lets you repeat a previous order.

Can I order by email or purchase order?

Yes. Send the part numbers and quantities to sales@vitalitylogistics.store. Approved
business accounts can order on net terms against a PO.

How do I find a specific item?

Search the part number directly — searching VL-BX0007 returns that exact line.
Our search matches part numbers as well as descriptions.

Stock and specification

Is everything on the site actually in stock?

Yes. We hold our own inventory and hide lines that are out of stock. Stock counts on each product
page are read from the live system, not typed in.

What does the board grade mean?

Two numbers. The burst strength (200#, 275#) is how much pressure the board
takes before it ruptures — relevant for heavy, dense contents. The ECT (32 ECT,
44 ECT) is edge crush test, which is how much stacking load a column of them takes — relevant when
boxes get palletised. For most parcel shipping, 200# / 32 ECT single-wall is right. Go double-wall
when the contents are heavy or the box is over about 20 inches on its longest side.

Hand film or machine film?

They are wound differently and are not interchangeable. Hand film comes on a short core sized for
a handheld dispenser. Machine film is wound for a powered turntable wrapper. Check which your line
runs before ordering — this is the single most common ordering mistake we see.

Which tape do I need?

Hot-melt for general use and for anything going somewhere cold; it grabs faster and holds below
45°F. Acrylic where boxes are stored a long time before shipping or sit in sunlight, because it
yellows and fails far more slowly. Water-activated kraft where you want a tamper-evident seal or a
recyclable all-paper carton.

Direct thermal or thermal transfer labels?

Direct thermal needs no ribbon and is right for shipping labels that only need to survive days.
Thermal transfer needs a ribbon but survives months, heat and sunlight. Check your printer supports
the one you order, and match the core size — 1 inch for desktop units, 3 inch for most industrial
printers.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Same business day if you order before 2:00 pm MST. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so
that is the same clock all year.

What does freight cost?

A flat $14.85 per parcel order in the contiguous 48 states, free over $350. Pallet quantities are
quoted LTL — email sales@vitalitylogistics.store with the delivery ZIP.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the 50 United States only.

Can I collect my order?

No. Our address is a registered and mailing address, not a trade counter.

Payment and billing

How will the charge appear on my statement?

As VITALITY LOGISTICS. If a charge looks unfamiliar, email support@vitalitylogistics.store with the
amount, date and last four digits and we will identify it — that is much faster than a dispute.

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. Every charge is one-time and tied to a specific order. We do not run subscriptions and do not
keep card details on file.

Do you take purchase orders?

Yes, on approved accounts. Email sales@vitalitylogistics.store.

I am tax exempt.

Send your resale certificate to sales@vitalitylogistics.store and we will set the account up as exempt before you
order.

Problems

My order arrived damaged.

Email support@vitalitylogistics.store within 5 business days with the order number and photographs of the carton, the
label and the contents. We file the carrier claim ourselves and replace or credit you without
waiting for it to settle.

Can I return something?

Unopened full cases within 30 days, with an RMA. Full detail on the
returns page.
